Job Description

We are looking for a communication-focused Customer Relations Officer to handle customer communication, telecalling, follow-ups, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Explain company services and provide relevant information to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in English and Malayalam.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Customer-oriented and professional approach.
• Good convincing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
