About the role

Provide customer service and communication regarding import and export procedures. Handle and ensure the completeness and compliance of import and export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, PEB, PIB, and other required documents. Coordinate with internal teams, customs authorities, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to resolve import-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and communication regarding import and export procedures
• Handle and ensure the completeness and compliance of import and export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, PEB, PIB, and other required documents
• Coordinate with internal teams, customs authorities, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to resolve import-related issues
• Provide customers with clear information and appropriate solutions regarding import products and services
• Build and maintain good customer relationships while handling customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates and reports to customers and management

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree or above
• Familiar with Indonesian import procedures and relevant import regulations/policies
• Mandarin must be able to be used as a working language, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Willing to work in Surabaya
