Customer Relation Specialist

Enter clients data into the pharmacy software and receive/process incoming prescription orders (in-person, by phone, or fax).

Greet patients, operate cash payments process payments and insurance claims, and direct patients to over-the-counter (OTC).

Answer incoming phone calls, maintain patient records, ensure confidentiality, and keep the dispensary area clean and organized.

Strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, data entry accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

Requires standing/sitting for long periods and the ability to lift moderate weights to assist clients.
