Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Costumer Relation Staff role based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Costumer Relation Staff will support marketing campaigns by assisting in planning and executing promotional activities, both online and offline. Daily tasks include helping collect and analyze market data, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining customer-focused communication. The role also involves supporting events, presentations, and outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with company standards is an important part of this position.
