Customer Relation Team

Role Description

The Customer Relations Team member will handle day-to-day communication with learners and community members, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints and channels. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing timely customer support, and assisting users with onboarding, platform navigation, and issue resolution. The role also involves monitoring feedback, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to improve services and content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, requiring close coordination with the team at the Sudirman office.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in education, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with trading or an interest in financial education is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English communication is beneficial. and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to help build long-term relationships and enhance user loyalty.
