Customer Relation / Tenant Relation Staff - ITC Mangga Dua

Job Descriptions:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/tenants.
• Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
• Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and tenants who have expired.
• Responsible for controlling the kiosk.
• Design promotional media with creative ideas for ITC development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Relations in retail or shopping center.
• Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multiple social media platforms
• Computer literate (Ms.Office).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
