Company Description

Districts London is a trusted property agency specializing in assisting clients with buying, selling, renting, and letting properties in London. With a commitment to client satisfaction, we pride ourselves on providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. Our dedicated team ensures a seamless experience, building lasting relationships with our many happy return customers. We aim to deliver excellence and personalized service tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Customer Relations Advisor to support the growth of our property business by identifying potential clients, initiating contact and developing strong professional relationships.

The role will focus on prospecting and reaching out to prospective and existing clients, including landlords, property owners, vendors, investors and developers, to identify opportunities for engagement and future business. Through effective communication, consistent follow-up and a customer-focused approach, you will help generate new leads, strengthen client relationships and support the wider sales and lettings teams in growing the company's portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport and taking a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, property owners, landlords, vendors, investors and developers to build a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Make outbound telephone calls, send emails and use other appropriate communication channels to introduce the company’s services and engage prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular contact, professional communication and effective follow-up.
  • Establish clients’ property interests, requirements and circumstances to identify potential opportunities for sales, lettings and other relevant property services.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients, follow up on previous conversations and develop leads towards meaningful business opportunities.
  • Arrange meetings, consultations and property valuations for the relevant members of the sales and lettings teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contact details, follow-up activities and potential opportunities within the company’s systems.
  • Develop an understanding of the local property market, identifying potential client groups and opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
  • Work closely with the sales, lettings and other relevant teams to share information, coordinate client activity and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring that prospective and existing clients receive a positive, responsive and helpful experience.
  • Work towards agreed activity and performance targets, including outbound contact, lead generation, follow-up activity and appointments arranged.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, outreach methods and the effectiveness of prospecting activities.

Skills, Experience and Competencies:

  • Experience in a customer relations, sales, business development, telesales or client-facing role; experience within the property industry would be advantageous.
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage people professionally.
  • A proactive and persistent approach to prospecting, follow-up and relationship building.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to recognise and develop potential business opportunities.
  • A target-driven approach, with the motivation to achieve agreed activity and performance objectives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients and prioritise follow-up activity.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate client records.
  • A professional, positive and resilient attitude, with the confidence to handle objections and maintain constructive conversations.
