About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role (minimum 40 hours per week), working on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

As a Customer Relations Agent at our Queenstown Airport branch, you’ll play a key role in creating smooth, stress-free travel experiences for our customers.

You’ll be the first and last point of contact, which means you’ll have a real impact on how customers remember their journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, efficient and high-quality service
• Processing bookings and rental transactions smoothly and accurately
• Supporting sales by understanding and meeting customer needs
• Quality assurance of our fleet, ensuring they are meeting company standards

What You’ll Bring

• You will need a full and clean Driver’s license or have the ability to lawfully drive in New Zealand
• Confidence in communicating with a wide range of people
• At least 1 year of relevant experience working within car rental industry is required
• Willingness to work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
