About the Role

We have multiple full-time, fixed-term opportunities available through to April 2027, working 40 hours per week on a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

As a Customer Relations Agent at our Auckland Airport branch, you’ll play a key role in creating smooth, stress-free travel experiences for our customers.

You’ll be the first and last point of contact, which means you’ll have a real impact on how customers remember their journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, efficient and high-quality service
• Processing bookings and rental transactions smoothly and accurately
• Supporting sales by understanding and meeting customer needs
• Quality assurance of our fleet, ensuring they are meeting company standards

What You’ll Bring

• A full, clean driver’s licence
• Confidence in communicating with a wide range of people
• Basic computer skills and technically savvy capabilities
• Previous experience in car rental or Cars+ system is helpful but not required, we’re happy to train the right person
