In this article, you will need to:

• Supporting clients (individuals and professionals) in monitoring their national and international shipments;
• Offering responsive support by receiving calls or via chat to resolve delivery incidents (delays, damaged packages, address errors);
• Managing various situations: inquiries with carriers, changes to delivery slots, and unblocking simple customs situations;
• Working in coordination with warehouses and drivers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
• Contribute to the success of the project by proposing ideas to streamline the parcel journey;
• Working on a rotating schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile:

• Mastery of French (C1 level or native language), both spoken and written;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills (stress management, responsiveness and clarity);
• Ability to manage multitasking: juggling between several tracking tools and mapping software while staying on the phone;
• Rigour and sense of responsibility: you understand the importance of deadlines in the transport sector;
• Positive attitude: you know how to turn a delay situation into a positive customer experience thanks to your expertise.
