Customer Relations & Appointment Coordinator

Job Overview

Racing Motors is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated person to join our team! This is an in-office customer communication position focused on connecting with people who have expressed interest in one of our vehicles.

You will communicate with potential customers by phone, text, and email, answer basic questions, follow up consistently, and help schedule appointments for them to visit the dealership.

We are looking for someone with a great personality who enjoys talking to people, brings positive energy to the office, and is comfortable using a computer. Automotive experience is not required, we are happy to train the right person!

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Contact interested customers by phone, text, and email.
• Respond to new inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet scheduled or visited.
• Build friendly, natural conversations and make customers feel comfortable.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to visit the dealership.
• Keep accurate notes and update customer information in our computer system.
• Answer basic questions about vehicle availability, financing, and the dealership.
• Communicate appointment details and customer updates to the sales team.
• Help customers when they call or visit the dealership.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat, and welcoming attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with people.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Positive attitude with great energy and enthusiasm.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Clear and professional phone, text, and email communication.
• Organized and able to manage several customer conversations at once.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Previous customer service, call center, appointment-setting, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Position Details

• In-person position at Racing Motors.
• This is not a remote position.
• Training will be provided.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
