Job Description

Manage client interactions and respond to inquiries from hospitals and patients

• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately based on sales orders, delivery orders, or purchase orders.
• Verify pricing, quantities, discounts, and tax (SST) before generating invoices.
• Ensure invoices are processed and sent to customers on time.
• Maintain accurate invoicing records and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Order, Invoicing and Account department to resolve discrepancies in orders or invoices.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, and invoice amendments when required.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with payment follow-up.
• Update billing details in the debtor outstanding collection remarks.
• Support month-end closing by ensuring all invoices are issued and recorded correctly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and pharmaceutical industry documentation requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, billing issues, and payment status professionally.

Requirements

Open to candidates with SPM / Diploma / Degree (any field)

Energetic, independent, and team-oriented

Good communication skills

Able to start work immediately
