Customer Relations Assistant – Part-Time Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Hours: 20 hours per week Experience: No experience required — Training provided About the Position We are a small, growing business looking for a friendly, dependable, confident, and motivated Customer Relations Assistant to join our team. This is a people-focused position for someone who enjoys talking to people, making phone calls, building relationships, meeting potential clients, and representing a growing company in the community. No previous experience is required. We will provide training and support. Students, seniors, retirees, and individuals looking for part-time work are welcome and encouraged to apply. What You Will Do Call leads provided by the company Follow up with interested potential clients Maintain communication with prospects until a contract is closed Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients Visit client offices and businesses when needed Introduce our company and services to other local businesses Build positive relationships with potential and existing clients Follow up with clients by phone, text, or email when appropriate Attend networking events, business training, workshops, and coffee meetings Represent the company professionally at business and community activities Assist with various small-business activities as needed Keep organized records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and client progress Who We Are Looking For You may be a good fit if you: Enjoy talking to and meeting new people Are comfortable making phone calls Are comfortable visiting businesses and meeting clients in person Have a friendly and professional personality Can communicate comfortably with business owners, managers, and potential clients Are dependable and punctual Are organized and responsible Are willing to learn Can consistently follow up with potential clients Want to learn about customer relations, networking, and small-business operations No sales or customer service experience is required.
