We are looking a Customer Relations Associate to join our team in Metro Manila on full-time basis. Maintaining and strengthening our client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. As CRA , you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing their inquiries, concerns and requests with professionalism and dedication. Manage and respond to client inquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels in a timely professional manner.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Fluency in both English and Filipino is essential for effective client communication.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications is required.
The successful candidate must be available for immediate start.
