Customer Relations Associate

In this role, you'll be the face of the Verizon brand for new and existing customers in Salem — building relationships, answering questions, and helping customers find the right Verizon products and services for their needs. No prior experience is required. If you come from a service, hospitality, or retail background, we want to hear from you. Whether you've worked behind a register, waited tables, or checked guests in at a front desk, you already know how to read a room and make someone feel taken care of. That's the foundation we're looking for.

Your Role as a Customer Relations Associate:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers exploring Verizon products and services
• Build genuine relationships and deliver a positive, memorable customer experience
• Educate customers on current Verizon promotions, plans, and service options
• Assist Verizon customers with account setup, upgrades, and service needs
• Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism in every customer interaction
• Collaborate with a supportive, fast-paced team focused on customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For in the Customer Relations Associate:

• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

• Background in customer service, sales, Verizon account management, or related experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,300.00 per month
