Customer Relations Associate

Mike Erdman Toyota is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Relations Associate to assist customers throughout their service experience. This position combines customer service, loaner vehicle coordination, cashiering, and basic accounting support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customers, handling payments and paperwork accurately, and balancing several responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive customer loaner vehicles
• Complete required loaner agreements and verify customer documentation
• Inspect loaner vehicles at check-out and return
• Process customer payments and provide accurate receipts
• Balance cashier transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks
• Answer customer questions and direct concerns to the appropriate department
• Maintain organized paperwork and protect confidential customer information
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to handle payments and paperwork accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous cashiering, administrative, accounting, or dealership experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Weekend availability is required
