Job Description

Shall help the company build successful and long-term relationship with our customers by delivering high quality after-sales service that exceeds expectation.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in any field
• With customer service experience
• Candidates must have excellent customer service, record and data management and communication skills
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Presentation
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
