CUSTOMER RELATIONS

About the role

We are an established furniture manufacturing company serving international markets. We are looking for a professional, polished, and proactive Customer Relations professional to represent our company and maintain strong relationships with our customers, particularly international clients. This is a highly visible role. The successful candidate will be one of the key points of contact between our company and customers, ensuring that projects are followed up properly, communication is clear and timely, and customers receive a professional experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities :

• Act as a key point of contact for customers and represent the company in a professional, confident, and polished manner.
• Follow up and monitor customer projects, samples, orders, and development activities from start to completion.
• Provide customers with clear, accurate, and timely updates.
• Identify potential delays or problems early and escalate them to the relevant person or management.
• Ensure customer requests, specifications, and feedback are properly communicated and followed internally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, project status, and follow-up actions.
• Support customer visits, meetings, presentations, and factory visits when required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, sales support, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Takes initiative and follows up on matters without constant supervision.
• Pays attention to details and makes sure information is accurate before communicating it to customers.
• Professional in presentations representing the company.
