Customer Relations

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual at the World Gym-Bellaire. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional member experience. The Team Lead will support the General Manager in driving membership growth, staff development, and overall club performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily gym operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Drive membership sales through tours and follow-ups with prospective members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of the overall facility standards
• Handle member concerns and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications:

• Sales and customer service background
• High energy with a passion for health and fitness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
• Computer experience - Knowledge of Word and Excel
