We’re looking for a motivated Customer Relations Coordinator to join our growing Leeds team.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll communicate directly with customers, understand their needs, resolve enquiries and help build positive long-term relationships.

No previous experience is essential — full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

Your Role

You’ll be at the centre of the customer experience, helping turn everyday interactions into positive experiences.

You’ll:

• Welcome and engage with customers professionally
• Handle questions, enquiries and customer requests
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate support
• Build positive and professional customer relationships
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate information
• Support customer engagement and retention activities
• Work with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Contribute to team goals and service objectives
• Develop your communication and relationship-management skills
