Customer Relations Data Analyst (Tamheer)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relations Data Trainee to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Directorate and support the analysis of customer accounts and sales pipeline data. The trainee will work with CRM systems, dashboards, and account data to help track performance, identify opportunities, and support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate CRM and pipeline data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, account activity, and directorate KPIs.
• Conduct analysis on account performance, win rates, and whitespace opportunities to support commercial decisions.
• Support the preparation of executive and management reporting, including monthly reviews.
• Assist in maintaining data hygiene and process discipline within the CRM system.
• Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in data analytics, CRM, or commercial operations.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python is an advantage but not required.

The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
