Customer Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with customers.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery, and pending requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up reports.
• Support the Sales team in customer retention, repeat orders, and business development.
• Ensure professional and timely communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and ERP/CRM.
