Customer Relations Executive (CRM)

What You’ll Do:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages and pet parent queries.
2. Book, reschedule and confirm appointments for hospital and home visits.
3. Coordinate with doctors, hospitals and internal teams for smooth service.
4. Follow up after visits for feedback and resolve or escalate concerns.
5. Keep CRM records and call logs accurate and up to date.
