What they need
- Provide good customer service
- Explain to customers various loan types
- Perform loan disbursement
- Call and chase overdue customers
- Update loan statuses
- Call customers with outstanding payments
- Any other adhoc duties
Requirements
- Independent, meticulous and tough
- Good customer handling skills
- Careful & Good memory
- 5 day work week
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
