Customer Relations Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, personable Customer Relations Manager who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a proactive, phone-based role where you’ll help customers book their next service, follow up on their experience and work with our dealership teams to ensure their questions and concerns receive prompt attention.

About the role

You’ll play an important part in customer satisfaction and retention, combining friendly communication with accurate administration and consistent follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making proactive service booking calls and conducting pre-service and post-service follow-ups
• Processing online and email service bookings promptly and accurately
• Listening to customer feedback, assisting with enquiries and coordinating appropriate solutions
• Escalating concerns to the relevant manager and following up outstanding matters
• Recording customer interactions and maintaining accurate information in our dealership systems
• Working closely with service teams to coordinate bookings and understand workshop availability
• Supporting customer communications, mail-outs and marketing campaigns
• Meeting agreed call and service booking targets, maintaining activity records and preparing regular updates
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience

About you

You’re confident on the phone, naturally build rapport and take pride in following things through. You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A calm, practical approach to resolving concerns
• Strong organization, attention to detail and reliable follow-up
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• The initiative to manage your workload and work towards agreed targets
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Previous experience in customer relations, service bookings, a contact center or dealership environment would be highly regarded. Familiarity with Vital or ERA systems would also be an advantage.
