Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to management.

• Promote customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns is an advantage.
  3. Pleasant, and approachable personality.
  4. Computer literate and able to work effectively with a team.
  5. Customer-oriented, professional, patient, and trustworthy.
