What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a frontliner is answering customer complaints and issues/concerns
- Verify and confirm all process documents before notarizing and releasing
- Proper monitoring of received issues and concern arises from day to day
- Resolve from simple to complex issues and complaints of customer and escalated the necessary unresolve issues for proper handling
- Execute proper way of good customer service to meet aftersales customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- A Graduate of any Business Courses preferably Social Studies in Public Administration or equivalent
- With proven Good Communication and Analytical Skills that can be used in dealing and negotiation with our valued customers
- Has a strong background in Car Retail Dealership/Automotive Industry is advantage
- Good Navigational Skills of Information and Computer Savvy
- Keen to details in Reading and Assessing important documents
