Customer Relations Officer

• Manage and maintain good relationships with customers and provide professional customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints through various communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service or issue resolution.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about products, services, promotions, or facilities.
• Handle difficult customer situations professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Prepare customer service reports and provide relevant information to management.
• Support customer relationship activities, events, and other initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communication Arts, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, Hospitality, Retail, or related fields.

• Service-minded with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle customer complaints and challenging situations professionally.

• Good command of English (TOEIC 550 Score)

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
