Customer Relations Officer

WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER

Ducati Manila is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Relation Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end registration process of motorcycles, from preparation and submission of requirements through completion.
• Encode and maintain accurate customer and motorcycle registration data.
• Prepare, organize, and file registration documents and other customer records.
• Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with registration requirements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding required documents, updates, and registration status.
• Coordinate with government agencies, couriers, and other external partners as needed for registration processing.
• Monitor the status of motorcycle registrations and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain an organized filing and tracking system for all registration documents.
• Prepare reports and regularly update registration records and monitoring sheets.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of customer information and documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth documentation and registration processing.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to customer and motorcycle documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, hospitality, or the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a professional and approachable personality.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
• Passion for motorcycles and the Ducati brand is a strong plus.
