Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services directly to customers through face-to-face meetings and phone communication.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
• Present product information clearly and effectively based on customer needs to support purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage and regularly update customer databases, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports and evaluate sales target achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Customer Relations is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Willing to work Full-Time Work From Office (WFO) in Jakarta.
