Customer Relations Officer

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services directly to customers through face-to-face meetings and telephone communication.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
• Provide clear, effective, and customer-focused product information to support purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally while providing appropriate solutions.
• Manage and regularly update the customer database, ensuring all customer interactions are properly recorded and organized.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports and evaluate overall target achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Customer Relations is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proactive, disciplined, target-driven, and equipped with good time management skills.
• Willing to work full-time under a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in Jakarta.
