Customer Relations Officer

• Responsible for serving as the main contact person for preventive maintenance and warranty.
• Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.
• Assist with all related application queries.
• Proactive call for customer maintenance schedule.
• Follow up on calls within a specific period.
• Responsible for disseminating information to customers.
• Handle and endorse customer complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain the customer database.

Qualifications*

• Graduate of any business course.
• Preferably with customer service and telemarketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
