What they need
- Must be a vocational or Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably Mechanical or Automotive related.
- Must at least two (2) years of experience in the same role and capacity.
- With experience in customer relations, Customer Service, Sales, Front Desk, or Automotive Dealership Operations, Preffered.
- Strong Knowledge of automotive parts, basic vehicle systems, and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.
