Customer Relations Representative

We are hiring full-time Customer Relations Representatives to join our Nashville team.

This is an entry-level, in-person position where you will represent nonprofit organizations at approved community and retail locations. You will speak with members of the public, explain meaningful causes, answer questions, and help interested individuals become ongoing supporters.

This is a face-to-face nonprofit outreach and fundraising position. It is not a call-center, remote, administrative, or door-to-door role.

What You’ll Do

• Start friendly, professional conversations with the public
• Explain nonprofit missions and current programs
• Answer questions and help interested supporters enroll
• Follow fundraising, privacy, and quality-control standards
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in daily training and coaching

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Positive, dependable, and open to coaching
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Available to work full-time in person
• No previous fundraising experience required

Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other people-facing experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
