Nonsense Hub is adding to our Orlando team. We're looking for someone friendly, confident, and ready to put their communication skills to work in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll work at retail and event locations across Orlando, representing our client campaigns and speaking with customers face-to-face.

So, what does the role actually involve?

Starting conversations. Getting to know what customers are looking for. Explaining products, services, and current offers. Answering questions. Creating a positive experience. And, where there's a fit, helping turn that interest into a new customer.

You'll be working toward both individual and team goals, so we're looking for someone who enjoys having something to aim for and isn't afraid of a results-driven environment.

We'll give you the tools to get started. You'll receive full training, hands-on coaching, and regular feedback as you develop your customer engagement and sales skills. The position also offers weekly base pay plus performance-based earnings, opportunities to travel, and the chance to progress based on your performance.

You might already have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or events - or you might simply be someone who communicates naturally, learns quickly, and enjoys working with people.

Either way, we're looking for reliability, a strong attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Full-Time | Orlando, FL | On-Site

This position involves daily face-to-face customer interaction and is not a remote or hybrid role.
