Customer Relations Staff

Role Description This full-time Marketing Staff role is an on-site position based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Marketing Staff will support daily marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies across online and offline channels. The role includes conducting basic market research, tracking competitor activities, and compiling data to support marketing decisions. The Marketing Staff will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging, help manage events or activations, and maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results. This position involves regular reporting to the Marketing Supervisor or Manager and close coordination with internal stakeholders to meet brand and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform Market Research and basic data analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Foundational Sales understanding to support promotional efforts and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategy principles and the ability to assist in planning and implementing campaigns.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and support a positive customer experience.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing) is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; prior internship or work experience in marketing is a plus.
