Customer Relations Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Relations Staff who will focus on post-sale engagement, service coordination, CRM management, documentation support, and customer retention activities. This role serves as a key support function to the Service Advisor and Sales Team by ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate information, and consistent after-sales service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle post-sale customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate service schedules and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
• Provide documentation support for customer transactions and service requests
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in customer retention initiatives and relationship-building activities
• Work closely with the Service Advisor and Sales Team to ensure seamless customer experience
• Serve as a Sales Reliever during peak periods, staff absences, or as directed by management
• Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and financing options

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per day
