Customer Relations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Customer Service team to deliver customer services in a timely, efficient and quality manner in a clinic setting
• Provide on-the-job training & coaching to the team
• Assist in the formulation of Customer Service guidelines
• To plan and administer daily manpower arrangement
• Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk including patient registration, appointment booking and handling phone inquiry
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Manager and the Company.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above academic qualification
• Preferably with at least 3 years experience in supervision role of customer service
• Customer-centric in driving total customer satisfaction
• Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC knowledge
