Job Title:* Customer Relationship Analyst (CRA)

Probation Period: 6 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Analyst (CRA) to engage with registered / unregistered students* through outbound calls. The role involves understanding student concerns, encouraging registration, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing call outcomes to improve engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to students.

* Understand and address student queries related to registration.

* Encourage students to complete the registration process.

* Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/database.

* Analyze calling data and prepare basic reports on student engagement and conversion.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues.

* Handle refunds, fees etc. for the students.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

* Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Comfortable with outbound calling and customer/student interaction.

* Basic analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Prior experience in customer/student support, telecalling, counseling, or analytics is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience of outbound calling / inbound calling, handling customer queries, giving resolution, dispute resolving etc.
