• Make cold calls to prospective corporate clients for B2B business development.
• Generate qualified leads through telephone calls and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain customer information and update the online system regularly.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering customer and business-related activities.
• Analyse MIS data and provide relevant observations to management.
• Maintain records, databases and necessary documentation.
• Assist in routine office administration and coordination.
• Support preparation of presentations and business reports.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and corporate clients.
