What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome VIP and regular customers with a smile
- Enrol customers to loyalty program—help customer enrolments, points updates, and redemptions
- Handle customer complaints—listen, resolve, or escalate if necessary
- Get customer feedback & daily report to store manager
- Coordinate home delivery—order taking, manage dispatch tracking on system
- Manage special orders and bulk order requests & follow-ups
- WhatsApp/SMS updates to registered customers – coordinate with the marketing team
- Maintain customer database
- Support store events—customer invitations & registration
- Act as liaison between customer and store departments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
