Customer Relationship Assistant

Location: Kochi Head Office

Work Shift: General & Afternoon (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
Working Days: 6 days per week (Week off based on allocated shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from multiple sources and address basic customer queries effectively.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products or services based on their needs and budget.
• Direct complex queries to the relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate branches or departments for further processing.
• Create and manage client WhatsApp groups and provide timely project-related updates.
• Ensure smooth communication with clients until project completion.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage email and social media communications related to updates, offers, and announcements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on customer feedback and satisfaction data.
• Support the team in identifying areas for service and performance improvement.
• Schedule customer appointments and follow-ups based on client availability.
