- Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams for queries related to product, process, operations, and high-level claims support Educate corporate employees on policy coverage, benefits, and available offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with client HR SPOCs and support policy renewals.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist Key Account Managers in servicing enterprise clients.
