Job Description — Store Operations & Customer Service Staff

• Assist customers both in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, recommendations, and general assistance.
• Actively support sales activities by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and helping create a positive purchasing experience.
• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions accurately, including cash, card, QRIS, and other available payment methods.
• Process, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, including stock counts, product labeling, organization, and inventory updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and presentation.
• Assist with sorting, organizing, pricing, and merchandising trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, and accessories.
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service to create a welcoming experience for collectors, players, and visitors.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing preparations and other operational tasks as required.
• Help ensure products are handled carefully and displayed according to the store's standards.
