Customer Relationship Associate

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients and generating qualified leads.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Engage with potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer support and service coordination.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Maintain and update customer and lead records using CRM tools.
• Share accurate information regarding products and services with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO processes will be an added advantage.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate product and service offerings effectively.
