• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide information about products, services, offers, and company policies.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, and service-related issues.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve customer service and relationship management targets.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
