Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and phone calls.

• Follow up with sales leads regularly.
• Maintain customer details in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives.
• Follow up for quotations, test rides and bookings.
• Make delivery follow-up calls.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.
• Update daily CRM and follow-up reports.
• Follow up with pending and lost leads.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
