Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Marut Air, an industry leader in Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive sales efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
