Customer Relationship Executive

1. Showroom & Floor Management

• First Impressions: Welcome every customer promptly, understand the purpose of their visit, and assign them to the appropriate sales consultant.
• Wait Management: Ensure customers are seated comfortably, provided refreshments, and minimize waiting times.

2. Client Relationship & CRM

• Data Maintenance: Log walk-ins, register inquiries, and update customer profiles (including purchase history, preferences, and special occasions) in the CRM.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, address complaints, and manage after-sales service queries.

3. Sales Support & Reporting
