Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements
• Maintain customer records and order details
• Collect customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution
• Prepare customer follow-up and MIS reports

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience is mandatory
• Experience in any manufacturing industry is acceptable
• Strong customer handling and communication skills
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Customer-focused and proactive approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
